The health of your athlete is number one. What are you actively doing to support them?

We assess and treat the immediate and long-term health status of your athletes through preventative and post-injury treatment.

As a licensed and officially credentialed Doctor of Chiropractic in the state of Minnesota, you can ensure that your athletes will be provided with the best care possible. As a primary care physician (Portal of Entry) we provide treatment without a referral.

We provide the knowledge and skill to assess, test, verify and treat common and uncommon neuromusculoskeletal conditions through:

  • Full body manual adjustments (Spine and extremity)

  • Soft tissue therapy

  • Physical therapy modalities

  • Rehabilitation

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Heart rate variability (HRV)

  • Gait and breathing assessment and training

We are able to provide specific treatment plans that are tailored to your athlete.

Prevention: Fatigue Related Injuries

Concussion Protocol

“The Brain Injury Research Institute estimates that 1.6 million to 3.8 million athletes annually suffer concussion.”

Remember: you don’t need to hit your head to have a concussion. Post-concussion syndrome can last for years if not taken care of properly. Neck and upper back (whiplash related) injuries can and will cause the same symptoms of a concussion without head involvement. Whether it’s an acute concussion or concussion related injury, it’s imperative to have a reliable resource that knows how to manage care.
