Slips and falls: A guide to making the best of it.

We can’t always control what happens, but we can embrace what is and give it our best shot!

Protecting your head and neck is vital to the health of your Central Nervous System incased in your skull and spinal cord. Learning a proper falling technique can dramatically reduce the chances of suffering an injury and/or reduce your recovery time. The reason why is due to bracing your body properly using specific body movements that counteract the forces being created by your falling body.

This technique can save your life and the life of your loved ones.

This needs to be practiced regardless of age and occupation.

Make sure that you start slow. Warm up your body. Do what you need to get ready. Introduce some type of padding like a mat, blanket, hat/helmet or sweatshirt. Ensure that the space around you is safe. Don’t take it to the extreme. If you go too far too fast, then you’ll be going against the whole purpose of this exercise.
