neuro-rehab exercise

These exercises are a combination of neuroscience, gymnastics, vocal training and Qigong that support the activation and coordination of our cranial nerves and create a positive impact on nervous system integration through daily practice.

Keep an 'eye' out for health:

The eyes are the only nervous system organ that is directly exposed to the outside world and protected by the eyelid. In terms of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the eyes are a reflection to a person’s body, mind and spirit. Eye movement is directly connected to our subocciptial muscles and our limbic system.

Feeling out of balance:

Our sense of balance comes mainly from the combination of feet, jaw, inner ear and eyes. Dysfunction in one area can cause the others to take on the load that the other is not carrying. Eye exercises can help strengthen our sensory integration by making them more independent.

Use this before work, during your lunch break or before a workout.
